12 Step Worksheets

There are two types of twelve step worksheets on TwelveStepJournaling.com. The first type of worksheets have been implemented into your Private and Public Groups, the second type is a combinations of questions that we have gathered from the internet, books and many other resources. For the second type you can simply copy the question you want to answer and paste it into your Personal Diary Book, Private Groups, and/or Public Groups.

Questions implemented into your Public & Private Groups

We have implemented questions from the book "The Narcotics Anonymous Step Working Guide - copy rights by Narcotics Anonymous" into your Private Groups and Public Groups. We did not use all questions from the book however we made sure to leave space that is designated for you to create your own custom questions. If you have the book, The Narcotics Anonymous Step Working Guide, any other book, or questions you would like to answer or your sponsor wants you to answer; you can type your own questions. This book can act as an excellent 12 Step Worksheets, which could be worked into any recovery program. The word "addiction" could be replaced with any subject of your choice such as alcohol, gambling, relationships, etc. You also have the choice to skip a question. Also, your sponsor may choose to create his/her own questions in a Public or Private Group. In this case, he/she would use the Create a Custom Question part of each step then save the entry in either your Public or Private Group.
